How to create Facebook Polls? |
Creating polls on your Facebook
page is a great way to engage your audience and gather their opinions. Follow
these steps to create a poll on your Facebook page:
- Go
to your Facebook page: Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to
your Facebook page. - Create
a new post: Click on the “Create a post” box at the top of your
page’s timeline. This is where you can compose a new post. - Choose
the poll option: Click on the three dots (…) at the bottom right corner
of the post composer. This will open a menu with different options. - Select
“Poll”: From the menu, select the “Poll” option. This
will bring up the poll creation interface. - Enter
your poll question: In the “Ask something…” field, enter the
question you want to ask your audience. Make sure it is clear and concise. - Add
poll options: Below the question, you’ll find the “Options”
section. Enter the different choices or options for your poll. You can add
up to 25 options. - Set
the duration: Choose how long you want your poll to run. You can select a
duration ranging from 1 day to 1 week. - Customize
settings (optional): You can customize additional settings such as
allowing people to add options, allowing multiple choices, or making the
poll anonymous. These settings can be adjusted based on your preferences. - Add
images (optional): If you want to add images to your poll options, you can
click on the camera icon next to each option and upload an image. - Preview
and post: Review your poll question, options, and settings. Once you’re
satisfied, click on the “Preview” button to see how your poll
will look. If everything looks good, click “Post” to publish the
poll on your Facebook page.
Your poll will now be visible to
your page followers and they can vote on the options you provided. You can
track the results of the poll in real-time and engage with your audience based
on their responses.
Remember to keep your poll
questions interesting, relevant, and engaging to encourage maximum
participation from your audience.
